Job description

Bali Bliss Estates is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Villa Attendant to join our operations team. If you take pride in cleanliness, guest comfort, and upholding high hospitality standards, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in villas or the hospitality industry
• Physically fit and professional in appearance
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic English communication skills
• Honest, responsible, and highly attentive to detail and cleanliness

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas of the guest villa: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures
• Change linens and towels; restock amenities and supplies
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to the supervisor
• Ensure each villa is guest-ready with top hygiene and comfort standards
• Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
