We are looking for a dedicated Night Receptionist / Night Auditor to join our passionate team at Hidden Hills Villas, a family-owned boutique luxury villa resort in Bali, Indonesia, and a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, affiliated with Hilton.

THE ROLE

As a Night Receptionist / Night Auditor, you will play an essential role in maintaining smooth overnight operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and handling key administrative tasks. This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment, has an eye for detail, and enjoys connecting with guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and assist guests with late-night check-ins, inquiries, or requests to ensure a flawless experience.
• Perform nightly audits to reconcile accounts, process invoices, and prepare end-of-day financial reports.
• Ensure accurate updates to reservations and guest records.
• Maintain property security by conducting regular checks and addressing any safety concerns.
• Collaborate with the morning team to ensure a seamless handover and continuity of service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of two years of experience in a hospitality or administrative role, preferably within the luxury hotel industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in basic accounting or hotel management systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A warm, approachable personality with a genuine passion for guest service.
