Responsibilities:

1. Manage the operations of the hotel, ensuring its efficient functioning.
2. Staff management: recruitment, training, and supervision of employees in all departments (reception, housekeeping, restaurant, technical staff, etc.).
3. Development and implementation of service standards, quality control, and safety protocols.
4. Ensure compliance with sanitary and hygiene regulations, as well as safety standards.
5. Monitor profitability, calculate service pricing, and optimize costs.
6. Organize the efficient use of apartment complexes resources.
7. Prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

1. Higher education (preferably in hospitality management, business administration, or tourism).
2. Additional courses or certifications in hospitality management will be an advantage.
3. At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position within the hospitality industry.
4. Knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations, including financial management, marketing, staff management, and customer service.
5. Excellent leadership qualities, the ability to work with a team, and make decisions in stressful situations.
6. Understanding of hospitality service standards and customer service.
7. Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher (for working with international guests).

1. Work schedule: 5/2, from 10 AM to 7 PM;
2. Competitive salary, with a fixed salary starting from $1200;
