About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Manager to join Jumeirah Bali.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Assist the General Manager in implementing the property's commercial and revenue management strategy by evaluating guest needs, guest mix, and competitive set, and recommending appropriate products/services and operational changes to ensure high levels of occupancy and profitability.
  • Translate the strategy into annual operational business plans for all operations departments, monitor and manage performance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead core operational activities (rooms, food and beverage, housekeeping, engineering, front office, IT, etc.) by conducting inspections, facilitating team meetings, managing guest requests and feedback, and monitoring services.
  • Drive and implement audit and compliance strategies with standard operating procedures, practices, and policies to enable exceptional guest experiences in line with Jumeirah standards.
  • Monitor and emphasize guest service standards, oversee guest service feedback channels, and verify guest satisfaction levels to reinforce guest-centricity and continuously improve guest services.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with an international luxury hospitality brand, including at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.
  • Ability to understand financial concepts, reports, and data.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
