Job summary

Marriott Hotels Bali is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the hotel’s day-to-day accounting functions and provide financial leadership for the property. You will lead the finance team, ensure accurate reporting, and drive financial performance.

The role requires hotel accounting experience, strong numeracy, Excel/Opera/PeopleSoft/Micros skills, and the ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, audits, and compliance with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Full/part-qualified accounting qualification or Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hotel accounting experience is essential; operational experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the hotel’s day-to-day Accounting function and provide financial leadership to the business.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and reconciliations; handle internal and external reporting.
• Lead budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control.
• Ensure adherence to Marriott processes and procedures across the finance team.
• Develop and retain a high-caliber finance team and foster accountable financial management.
