Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Engineering Technician to manage and maintain hotel systems, ensuring safe operation of critical equipment and adherence to regulations. The role includes monitoring energy use, supporting event-related maintenance, and training junior staff.

The candidate should demonstrate responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to work independently while maintaining service Excellence across all hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Familiar with the operation principles and fault judgment methods of large data centre infrastructure (power, HVAC, fire control, security, monitoring, network).
• Willing to commit to day and night shift for an extended period and study.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance with staff rules and management commands.
• Ensure normal operation of power, water, gas, heating and cooling equipment.
• Inspect operation records and shift handover records.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and facilities under your jurisdiction.
• Save energy and control energy consumption to improve efficiency.
• Support maintenance for banquets and meetings and ensure equipment functions well.
• Regularly test the generator for power failures.
