Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto Novelty is seeking a Finance & Accounting Assistant to maintain accurate financial records, process accounting documents, and support the Finance & Accounting Department for compliance with Accor standards and hotel regulations.

You will handle daily transactions, invoices, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial information in a dynamic hotel environment.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting administration experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Familiar with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using accounting software or hotel financial systems is an advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
• Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Mansioni

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, payments, and receipts.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, receiving records, and approved payment documents.
• Prepare payment vouchers and record payments in the accounting system.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify transactions against bank statements.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and internal control requirements.
• Coordinate with other Finance & Accounting team members and relevant hotel departments.
