We are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and visionary Hotel / Villa Director to oversee the full operations and strategic direction of a luxury hotel or villa property. This leadership role is critical in maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and brand integrity. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional leadership, deep knowledge of the luxury hospitality market, and outstanding communication skills, particularly in English (spoken and written).
Set and drive the vision, mission, and long-term objectives for the hotel/villa.
Develop and implement strategic business and operational plans aligned with the brand and owner’s vision.
Identify market trends and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Oversee daily operations across all departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Spa, and Security.
Ensure smooth coordination and communication among departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Enforce compliance with service quality standards, SOPs, and brand guidelines.
Sustainability and Green Initiatives :
1. Incorporate sustainability practices into the villa’s operations, including energy-efficient technologies, waste reduction, and eco-friendly products.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement green policies that align with modern luxury standards and environmental considerations.
Develop and control annual budgets and forecasts for revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
Monitor profit & loss (P&L), manage costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial targets.
Analyze financial reports and implement performance improvement plans.
Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads and staff to maintain high morale and performance.
Create a culture of service excellence, accountability, and professionalism.
Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development planning.
Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction, emphasizing personalized luxury experiences.
Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues with diplomacy and efficiency.
Monitor and manage online reputation, reviews, and guest relations platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, digital strategy, and promotions.
Maintain high occupancy and revenue through direct bookings, OTA management, and yield strategies.
Represent the property at industry events, trade shows, and in local/regional networking circles.
Event Management :
1. Plan and oversee private events at the villa, such as weddings, corporate gatherings, and VIP parties.
2. Coordinate with external vendors (caterers, florists, decorators, entertainment, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of events.
3. Work closely with the client to customize event details, ensuring a luxury, tailor-made experience.
Ensure property is compliant with local regulations, licenses, health & safety, and labor laws.
Ensure the villa complies with all local property management regulations, health and safety codes, and legal requirements.
Conduct regular risk assessments and emergency planning procedures.
Oversee the legal aspects of property leases, contracts with suppliers, and employee contracts.
Liaise with legal, insurance, and local authorities as necessary.
Maintain up-to-date records, licenses, insurance, and permits necessary for the villa's operation.
Minimum 7–10 years of senior-level experience in luxury hotel/villa management.
Proven track record as a General Manager, Resort Director, or equivalent in a 4- or 5-star property.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or international certifications (e.g., CHA, Cornell) is a plus.
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages (e.g., Mandarin, French, Russian) are an advantage.
Strong understanding of high-end service culture and global luxury guest expectations.
Experience with property management systems (e.g., Airbnb, Agoda, Traveloka, Tiket.com, Ext), financial software, and modern tech tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and crisis management skills. Can manage a team.
Great understanding on Big Potential High season and Promos in every travel seasons.
Have own motorcycle, or car , Can drive it will be preferred.
Have a drive license (SIM A/C) .
Domicile on Denpasar, Bali. Living in Denpasar, Nusa Dua, Sanur, or Ubud will be preferred.
Willing to move in Bali - If Candidate it is not in Bali

Hours: Flexible hours required, with availability to respond to emergencies or guest needs around the clock.
Work Days : Monday - Sunday (1 day off every week)
