About the role

We are seeking an engaging and charismatic Host to join our team in South Jakarta and lead our live streaming initiatives for our range of fertilizer products. As a Host Live Streaming (Fertilizer Products), you will be responsible for hosting compelling and informative live streams that showcase our products, educate our audience, and drive sales. This is a full-time position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to be a key part of our growing marketing efforts.

What you'll be doing

Hosting regular live streaming sessions that highlight our fertilizer products and their uses, features and benefits

Developing engaging content and scripts to inform, entertain, and persuade viewers

Interacting with the audience in real-time, answering questions and addressing any concerns

Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure live streams align with overall marketing strategies and campaigns

Analyzing viewership data and audience feedback to continually improve the live streaming experience

Staying up-to-date with latest live streaming trends and best practices to enhance the production quality

Explain in simple terms the function of fertilizer, dosage, application time, and its benefits to crops such as potatoes, chili, rice, etc.

Drive product orders during live broadcasts through links or marketplaces

Submit weekly report to the team

What we're looking for

Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage and captivate an audience

Experience in live streaming, content creation, or hosting, preferably in the consumer products or agriculture industry

Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate technical information in a compelling way

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with viewers and respond to their questions and feedback

Creative and able to keep the audience interested during the broadcast

Understand basic agriculture or willing to learn fast about fertilizers and plants

Familiar with social media and live streaming apps (TikTok, Shopee, IG Live, YouTube, etc.)
