• Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional languages are a plus.

About the role PT FONGDIK EXIM INDONESIA is seeking a dynamic and engaging Host Live to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Cengkareng, Jakarta. As a Host Live, you will be the face and voice of our brand, delivering compelling live content that captivates audiences and drives engagement across our digital platforms. This role is strategically important to our marketing initiatives, as it directly influences brand perception, customer engagement, and sales conversion through authentic and entertaining live broadcast experiences.

Key responsibilities

Host engaging live streaming sessions across various digital platforms, maintaining energy and professionalism throughout broadcasts

Interact dynamically with live audiences, responding to comments and questions in real-time to build community and foster engagement

Present products, services, and promotional content in a compelling and persuasive manner that drives audience interest and sales

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align live content with campaign objectives and brand messaging

Prepare scripts, talking points, and content briefs prior to each live session to ensure smooth and professional broadcasts

Monitor live session performance metrics and provide feedback to optimise future broadcasts

Maintain consistent brand voice and values whilst adapting content to resonate with target audiences

Build and nurture audience relationships to create loyal communities around our brand

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a live host, streamer, or presenter, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing environments

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and captivate live audiences

Natural charisma, confidence, and the ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing situations

Strong understanding of social media platforms and live streaming technologies

Excellent product knowledge and ability to communicate complex information in an accessible and entertaining manner

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst maintaining independence and initiative

Fluency in Indonesian and English language skills; additional language proficiency is advantageous

High level of professionalism, reliability, and punctuality

Experience with content creation, digital marketing strategies, and audience analytics is preferred

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as live broadcasting schedules demand
