SIRCLO Yogyakarta Office is seeking a dedicated Host Academy Coordinator to build and manage the Host Academy system, classify and onboard hosts, and tailor training modules for effective host performance.

You will screen and classify new hosts before their first live session, ensure high completion rates, and drive quarterly performance improvements across key metrics, while conducting reviews with feedback sessions.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of experience as a livestream host, trainer, or talent coach in e-commerce, retail, or media.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Creative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with livestream platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage the Host Academy system: classification, onboarding, training modules.
• Screen and classify new hosts before their first live session.
• Ensure ≥90% of hosts complete training modules tailored to classification.
• Drive ≥10% QoQ host performance improvement across ER, AVD, CTR, CO.
• Conduct ≥1 review & feedback session per quarter and track ≥80% host satisfaction.
• Implement ≥1 general and ≥1 specific host improvement plan per quarter.
