Job summary

Hilton Indonesia is seeking a Safety & Security Manager to safeguard guests, staff, and property while delivering exceptional hospitality. You will lead the security team, shape emergency plans, and ensure compliance with local regulations and hotel standards.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, incident response, audits, and staff training to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all guests across the property.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in safety and security management, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and training teams.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, emergency planning, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the safety and security team, manage scheduling, and ensure readiness for emergencies.
• Oversee daily security operations, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and execute emergency protocols; lead incident response and coordinate with emergency services.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and hotel standards through regular audits and inspections.
• Deliver ongoing safety training and conduct drills to enhance staff preparedness.
• Investigate incidents, compile reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to maintain a cohesive safety strategy.
