Job summary

Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya seeks a Safety & Security Manager to oversee hotel safety and security operations, develop policies, and lead the safety team to ensure secure guest experiences.

You will conduct risk assessments, coordinate with emergency services, and ensure compliance with local regulations and hotel standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in safety and security management, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and training teams.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, emergency planning, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant certifications in safety management, first aid, CPR, and fire safety.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the safety and security team, manage scheduling, and ensure readiness for emergencies.
• Oversee daily security operations, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
• Develop and execute emergency protocols; lead incident response and coordinate with emergency services.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and hotel standards through regular audits and inspections.
• Deliver ongoing safety training and conduct drills to enhance staff preparedness.
• Investigate incidents, compile reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to maintain a cohesive safety strategy.
