Siloam Hospitals Group seeks a seasoned professional to lead Hospital Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (PMKP) across divisions. You will supervise audits, drive risk management, oversee the Medblaze quality management system, and mentor staff in QA and accreditation activities.

The role requires at least 3 years in clinical supervision, a health-profession bachelor’s degree, and strong data analysis, documentation, and training skills to support hospital-wide quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (S1) degree from Health Profession.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical work at shift responsibility/supervisor level or head nurse preferred.
• Experience in hospital QA, risk management and incident reporting.
• Familiarity with accreditation processes and hospital policies.

Responsabilités

• Supervise PMKP program, audits, and risk management across hospital divisions.
• Conduct clinical and non-clinical service audits per accreditation standards.
• Collect, validate, and analyze quality indicators hospital-wide.
• Manage hospital documents; develop, review, revise, ratify, and communicate documents.
• Grade incident reports, designate owners, and escalate as needed based on levels.
• Lead proactive risk-reduction activities (FMEA) in clinical processes annually.
• Oversee Medblaze modules (documents, incidents, risk, audits) and user access.
• Act as SME in Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, and Risk Management; conduct trainings.
• Assist QR dept head in reports to directors and accreditation bodies.
