Job Description

  • Operations Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital, particularly in ancillary and medical affairs - to ensure they meet the set standards and regulations.
  • Strategic planning: Ensure the steering of the hospital to ensure its long-term success and sustainability by working closely within the directive of the corporate leadership.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring the hospital meets standards and regulations, implementing quality assurance programs to improve patient care and safety.
  • Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising staff, including doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and support personnel. This also involves performance evaluation, developing staff skills, and ensuring a high level of employee morale and job satisfaction.
  • Customer Relations: Addressing patient concerns and feedback, and working to improve the patient experience within the hospital.

The Successful Applicant

  • Medical Doctor background
  • Able to lead by exemplary hands-on teamwork and leadership to lead and manage the ancillary and medical departments of the hospital. Comfortable in collaborating with the hospital unit and management office leadership.
  • Placement in Greater Jakarta.
