Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a respected client in the hospital industry. We are seeking a seasoned Hospital Director with strong leadership capabilities and proven experience in hospital operations. This strategic role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the CEO to formulate and implement the hospital's overall business strategy.
• Lead and oversee the performance of the medical and operational teams, ensuring alignment with the hospital's vision and mission.
• Drive hospital programs, particularly those related to BPJS, and ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain partnerships with government and private institutions to support hospital growth and sustainability.
• Contribute to long-term planning, particularly in areas of clinical excellence, patient experience, and business development.

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree required, with a Master's degree in Hospital Management or Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a top leadership role within a hospital (e.g., Hospital Director or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of BPJS governance and hospital regulatory frameworks.
