A top 10 hospital group. The Hospital Ancillary and Medical Affairs Manager will report directly to the Hospital Director.

Job Description

  • Oversee, assert and implement all aspects of hospital-based clinical pathway & medical affairs, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with current regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient care, access to services, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets and resources for hospital departments, including staffing, equipment, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership, medical professionals, and staff to ensure smooth operations and communication.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare organizations, and insurance companies.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and track performance against strategic goals.
  • Stay current on trends and advancements in healthcare delivery and implement new technologies and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

Able to strongly implement the standardization and assertion of clinical pathways within the operations of the hospital. The successful candidate should be well capable of navigating the technical difficulties in the implementation of SOPs in the medical setting, dealing with medical committees and practitioners and ancillaries.
