Job Vacancy: Homeroom Teacher – Bambino Preschool

Bambino Preschool is looking for a dedicated and passionate Homeroom Teacher to join our team! We are seeking an expatriate or Indonesian teacher with a strong background in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) who is enthusiastic about nurturing young learners in a creative and engaging environment.

  • Plan and deliver interactive and engaging lessons based on early childhood learning principles.
  • Support the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of students.
  • Maintain a warm and structured classroom environment that fosters curiosity and learning.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and development.
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure a high-quality preschool experience.
  • Participate in school events, professional development, and team meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) or a related field (mandatory).
  • Native or near-native fluency in English (spoken & written).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a preschool or early childhood teacher.
  • Passionate about working with young children and fostering a love for learning.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Experience in an international or bilingual school is a plus.
