Legal Senior Staff

Job Descriptions
  1. Provide legal drafting
  2. Review tender agreements
  3. Assist other departments in preparing legal documents
  4. Apply for and extend licenses, notarizing, and legalizing documents
  5. Protect the company against legal risks and violations
  6. Other related jobs, including HR legal support
  7. Review company contracts/agreements

Requirements
  1. Maximum age of 35 years
  2. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent
  3. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  4. Has Experience in a Law Firm
  5. Member of PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association)
  6. Familiar with government regulations, OSS, SIINAS, PPATK, and governance systems in mining areas, accounting matters, etc.
  7. Able to create internal policies/draft policies
  8. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, and detail-oriented
