Position Summary

A Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising room attendants to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience, monitoring housekeeping standards, and assisting the Head Housekeeper.

What will I be doing?

• Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members
• Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities, and communicate them to relevant team members
• Conduct routine inspections of guest bedrooms to ensure standards are met
• Respond to guest queries promptly and efficiently
• Carry out lost property procedures
• Report maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department
• Assist the Head Housekeeper with training requirements
• Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
• Assist other departments as necessary and maintain good working relationships
