Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a Production Coordinator, Production Supervisor, or similar in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to work toward tight targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activity against targets and deadlines.
• Work with team leaders to keep each stage on schedule.
• Identify bottlenecks early and resolve them.
• Monitor output and report on progress.
