Desired Skills and Experience:

1. 5-8 years of experience in the field of selling sophisticated, state of the art Test and Measuring Instruments / predictive maintenance equipment / capital instruments
2. Smart and with good English communication skills
3. BE/B.Tech in Electrical / MBA preferred
4. Analyse the region market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
5. Candidate should be extremely familiar with the procurement process of PSU
6. In depth knowledge on generating cases from EHS / Inspection dept., procurement process in PSU including Power/Process/Oil & Gas industries
7. Fair exposure on all EPCs and consultants executing projects in the same domain
8. Result oriented, self-driven individual is preferred with high level of technical expertise and strong commercial acumen
9. Should have good professional communication and negotiation skills
10. Exposure of selling in the Heavy industries and T&D sector
11. Proven technical & commercial abilities
12. Looking for a candidate from Energy Background/ Transmission or Distribution

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to achieve sales, profitability, and volume targets
2. Exposure and existing interface with different departments like powerhouses, electrical maintenance, furnace maintenance etc.
3. Candidate must have fair knowledge on different applications of Transformer testing, cable testing, Protection testing etc. in EHV substations/switchyards
4. Responsible to identify new requirements, generate enquiries, converting them into orders to meet predefined yearly target
5. Analyse the region market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
6. Sales Promotion, Marketing Management & Sales Management
7. Responsible for selling T&D equipment i.e. Switchgear, Transformer, Substation equipments, circuit breaker, CT/PT to EPC companies/OEMs
8. Acquiring competitors’ information and informing management for formulation of suitable strategy
