Job summary

PT Astaguna Wisesa is seeking a Research & Development (R&D) Food Technologist / Healthy Food Formulator to drive product formulation from lab-scale trials to production scale-up.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Food Technology or Nutrition Science, 2+ years in food industry R&D or FMCG, and strong knowledge of BPOM and Halal requirements, with a passion for healthy food trends and independence in problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1/S2 in Food Technology or Nutrition Science with GPA at least 3.00.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in food industry R&D or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of BPOM licensing and Halal certification.
• Good sensory awareness and portfolio in product innovation is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat or Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and trial healthy food products from lab scale to production scale.
• Understand ingredient functionality and processing technology.
• Monitor trends in clean label and plant-based ingredients.
• Conduct organoleptic testing and sensory evaluation.
