Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Marketing, Sales and Referral Specialist to develop and execute strategies for hospital services, products, and programs, while building strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers, referral sources, and the community.

In this role you will drive patient acquisition, expand corporate and insurance partnerships, manage referrals, and support business growth through strategic engagement, promotions, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 1 year in Sales, Marketing, BD, Referral or Account Management.
• Healthcare, hospital, pharma, medical device or hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Experience in direct selling or corporate sales is a plus.
• Strong network with doctors and corporate clients is preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare ecosystem and referral processes.
• Strong business acumen with communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
• Proactive and able to work independently or in a team.
• Familiar with CRM and MS Office tools.
