Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group seeks an experienced accounting professional to lead the Accounting unit, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and data integrity. You will coordinate activities, monitor procurement and asset management, and prepare reports used by management and auditors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting with at least 3 years’ experience; CPA/CMA is desirable. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office is expected, with knowledge of healthcare tax

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in accounting.
• CPA or CMA certifications are highly desirable and may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate all work in the Accounting unit to ensure timely, accurate financial reports.
• Coordinate all unit activities including supervision, quality and safety improvement programs.
• Monitor procurement, addition, repair and maintenance of tools and inventory for the Accounting section.
• Ensure availability and accuracy of reports and data from Accounting staff.
• Analyze and create financial reports, including budget vs actual, for stakeholders.
