Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage data and prepare activity reports.
• Demonstrated initiative and reliability in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with Government of Indonesia counterparts and stakeholders in health system enablers and health security.
• Support planning, meetings, workshops, and field missions for program activities.
• Coordinate with program operations, finance, procurement, MEL, GEDSI and communications teams.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, meeting notes and action lists; follow up on actions.
• Monitor activity progress and stakeholder engagement; report to managers and technical leads.
• Assist in procurement and contracting with the Operations Team; support TOR preparation.
• Track activities and deliverables; flag delays, issues or risks to managers.
• Provide translation/communication support between Indonesian and English when required.
• Maintain program documentation in information management systems and ensure compliance.

Education

University degree in Public Health, Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, Communications, International Relations, or related field
