Job description

HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL (HSE) MANAGER

Ensure compliance with COMPANY’s HSE policies and procedures, prevailing regulations, and requirements, including socialization to PERSONNEL.

Provide feedback, recommendations, and advocacy on HSE aspects during WORK performance to minimize adverse impacts, promote continuous improvement, and enhance WORK culture.

Develop and update the HSE plan as specified in Section IV, including HSE initiative programs.

Plan, carry out, and manage audit programs to verify HSE policies, procedures implementation, IRIS, SOC, health, conduct food hygiene inspections, food safety inspections, incident investigations, lessons learned, near-misses, etc.

Carry out HACCP implementation audits and self-verifications.

Develop reward and appreciation programs.

Lead incident investigations and provide comprehensive reports with recommendations and follow-up actions.

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies

Bachelor's degree in food science, food technology, environmental health, or occupational health and safety.

At least 5 (five) years of experience as HSE Manager at remote site projects/operations, managing at least 500 POB, or in food processing industries or catering services, within the last 10 (ten) years.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Valid HACCP and ISO 22000 training certificates issued by authorized/approved training providers.

Valid Ahli K3 certificate issued by MIGAS/Kemenaker.

Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
