Get to Know the Role

This position is not just a role, but a unique opportunity to make an impact. Stationed primarily at Grab's Jakarta Office, the successful appointee will play a fundamental role in driving national user growth initiatives and strategies across the entire breadth of Indonesia. Responsibilities for this role aren't confined to strategizing. They also encompass ensuring the immaculate end-to-end execution of these strategies. Thus, offering a substantial platform to translate innovative ideas into action, and making a real difference in the user journey on our platform. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of Grab's user operations in Indonesia, driving growth, and enhancing our market position. You will reporting to Head of Demand Deliveries and Mobility and based in Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to improve user growth metrics and enhance user journeys on our platform in Indonesia
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives and projects
  • Collaborate with regional and territory teams to align local strategies with overall company objectives
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize operations based on data-driven insights
  • Present strategic recommendations and performance reports to senior leadership
  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the Grab Indonesia team
