- This is a strategic leadership role where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and strengthening our position as a market leader in the B2B food ingredients and flavours segment.

- You will lead a high-performing team of 4-6 sales professionals, build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across India.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 4-6 sales representatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers at major food manufacturers, processors, and industry leaders.
  4. Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to grow our customer base and market share in the B2B food ingredients and flavours sector.
  5. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and gather customer insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
  6. Client Engagement: Conduct impactful sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to win new business and retain existing clients.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.

  6. Willingness to travel extensively across India to meet clients and drive business growth.
