A leading insurance company in Indonesia is seeking a Design Leader to oversee user-centered design across digital products and drive marketing materials creation. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in UX/UI or digital creative design, excellent stakeholder management, and a proven ability to balance creative vision with business objectives. This role offers a chance to integrate design into product development processes.
Define the vision, scope, and priorities of the design function in alignment with corporate goals. Represent design in senior leadership forums and contribute to cross-functional planning and decision-making
Lead user-centered design across all digital products, overseeing UX research, usability testing, and ensuring UI designs meet best practices in accessibility, usability, and brand alignment
Lead the creation of digital and offline marketing materials, ensuring all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and support campaign objectives in partnership with the Digital Marketing team
Collaborate closely with Digital Product and Digital Marketing teams to integrate design into product development and marketing processes, balancing user needs with business goals
Establish design frameworks, standards, and governance, while defining and monitoring KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of design initiatives
Manage budgets, tools, and external vendors, while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and accountable design culture
