Job Description:
  • Contact Prospective Customers By Telephone, Face To Face Meeting, Chat And Email Marketing
  • Identify Prospects That Fit The Target And Organize Events That Help You Grow Your Client Engagement
  • Use Products Knowledge To Showcase The Solutions That Our Company Can Offer To Prospects Via Products Presentation
  • Negotiate Price With Clients Who Are Interested In Making Orders
  • Maintain Contact With Existing Clients To Make Sure They Are Satisfied
  • Creating Effective Sales Strategy, Implementing And Monitoring The Performance Of The Strategy
  • Addressing & Solving Issues And Proposing Framework To Prevent Recurring Issues
  • Preparing & Presenting Reports And Analysis On Sales Performance
  • Monitor And Maintain Ethics Of Telesales Sales Activities And Customer Handling To Avoid Any Misselling.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 5 years experience as telemarketing
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to offer excellent customer service
  • Possess high integrity
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and target-oriented environment
  • Willing to work from office 5 days a week in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta Area
