Job summary

Sinar Mas Land in Indonesia seeks a senior Architect to define and develop project designs for residential products, aligning concept with sales, marketing, construction cost and timeline.

You will lead feasibility studies, propose materials and specifications, review master schedules and tender documents, liaise with consultants (housing, infra, MEP, architect) and ensure proper budgeting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in property, with 3 years in a similar role.
• Proficient in Photoshop, AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Define and develop design concepts for projects.
• Lead project design of residential products and ensure timely completion of drawings and tender documents.
• Support feasibility studies with data for budgets.
• Propose alternative materials and specifications for costing.
• Review master schedule, contract plans and tender documents.
• Coordinate with consultants (housing, infra, MEP, architect) on technical specs.
• Prepare operational technical planning budget and control budget usage.
• Evaluate periodic reports on technical planning.
• Maintain critical project documents per established standards.

Job description

• Define and develop design concept of each project based on market demand and trends (Alignment with sales and marketing in working together with the concept, as well as construction cost and timeline)
• Responsible for project design of Residential products (Timely completion of Product Design & Concept, Timely completion of working drawings & Tender Documents)
• Support feasibility study including preparing, reviewing, and supplying data for construction budget purposes.
• Propose alternative materials and specifications for consideration in determining the standard costing.
• Review the project master schedule, contract plan, and completeness of tender documents.
• Liaise with Consultants (e.g., Housing, infra, MEP, Architect) for technical specifications (Site Plan, Design Schematic, Technical Drawing).
• Prepare operational technical planning budget and control usage of budgets effectively and efficiently.
• Evaluate periodic reports on technical planning.
• Maintain critical documents on daily basis in accordance with established standards (if any).

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferably majoring in Architecture.
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in property field, with 3 years of work experience in similar position.
• Ability to work with Photoshop, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
