  • Collaborating with management and HR to identify talent and succession gaps.
  • Providing guidance on career development to employees and management.
  • Overseeing the creation of educational and training material.
  • Assessing the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
  • Managing the talent development budget and resources.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent development.

Requirement

  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading an entire talent development strategy with successful track-record in shaping talent development journey.
  • Excellent understanding of talent management and succession planning.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
