What you will do :

• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate all activities related to fulfilling demands based on production capacity, stock, delivery time, and resources to improve SLA (Service Level Agreement) for customers
• Evaluate and analyze sales data information from historical periods against the DOI (Days of Inventory) buffer stock for finished goods
• Monitor and enhance the consistency of product quality based on customer satisfaction levels (SLA)
• Recommend matters related to capacity planning and potential improvements for expansion or process enhancement in the supply chain
• Plan and create a budget for the supply chain

What you need :

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Logistics or any related fields with minimal GPA 3.00
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations in FMCG or similar fast-paced industries
• Expertise in supplier risk management & supplier development, compliance, quality systems, sustainability, quality assurance & continuous improvement, and ethical sourcing
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools for performance tracking
• Deep understanding of FMCG operations, regulatory frameworks, ESG standards, and supply chain risks
• Relevant credentials like CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), CQIA/CQA (Quality Assurance), Lean Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor, or CIPS or CPSM (Procurement/sourcing)
