Head of Supply Chain

Develop and implement a scalable, resilient, and sustainable supply chain strategy across all plants.

Lead cross-functional supply chain teams including logistics, demand planning, warehousing, and distribution.

Oversee logistics across multiple plant locations ensuring coordination and standardization of processes.

Optimize inbound and outbound transportation, including chain logistics if applicable.

Lead integrated planning processes, aligning demand forecasts with production and inventory plans.

Maintain optimal safety stock and reduce waste, obsolescence, and spoilage.

Drive warehouse performance, layout optimization, and FIFO/FEFO practices.

Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Implement and manage supply chain systems and tools.

Leverage data analytics to optimize planning, improve accuracy, and drive cost savings.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma principles).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Food Technology, or Business or a related field.

At least 10 years progressive supply chain experience in the food manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in managing multi-site operations in a regulated food production environment.

Strong knowledge of perishable goods logistics, cold chain, and food safety regulations.

Proficiency in ERP systems, demand planning tools, and MS Excel/Power BI.

High attention to detail with strong understanding of regulatory and quality requirements in food manufacturing.
