Job Description

Your Role

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be a member of the Leadership team and will own the overall strategy for managing Sales Operations across Indonesia. Leading a dynamic leadership team, you will be responsible for demand and supply planning, order management, and customer service that support the business strategy, objectives, and budgets. This role is instrumental in driving data-driven strategy and will be a key contributor to our Sales transformation journey.

A Typical Day

  • Develop and prepare sales & demand forecasting and strategic planning within the sales organization, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Coordinate and facilitate monthly S&OP meetings to achieve demand plan consensus, including new product introductions, product sales, marketing activities, and supply plan balance and constraints.
  • Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to optimize demand forecasting and supply planning, promoting innovative thinking and collaboration.
  • Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through defined metrics.
  • Propose and define key S&OP metrics, track benefits, and lead the development of planning strategies to manage supply plans, product availability, and inventory levels to meet sales demand and customer service metrics while controlling costs.
  • Create and drive continuous improvement of demand planning, S&OP, customer service, and order processes.
  • Develop strategies to optimize supply chain and demand allocation efficiency supporting business objectives.
  • Address key supply-demand, service, and cost issues.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance inventory management and improve Net Working Capital.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify business risks, escalate issues, and influence stakeholders for effective decision-making.
