Job description

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be a member of the Leadership team and will own the overall strategy for managing Sales Operations across Indonesia. Leading a dynamic leadership team, you will be responsible for demand and supply planning, order management, and customer service that support the business strategy, objectives, and budgets. This role is instrumental in driving data-driven strategy and would be a key contributor to our Sales transformation journey.

A Typical Day

  1. Develop and prepare sales & demand forecasting and strategic planning within the sales organization, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  2. Coordinate and facilitate the monthly S&OP meetings to achieve demand plan consensus, including new product introductions, product sales, marketing activities, as well as supply plan balance and constraints/gaps.
  3. Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to optimize demand forecasting and supply planning, promoting innovative thinking and collaboration.
  4. Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through defined metrics.
  5. Propose and define key metrics of S&OP, track benefits, and lead development of planning strategies, managing supply plans, product availability, and inventory levels to fulfill sales demand and customer service metrics while controlling costs.
  6. Create and drive continuous improvement in demand planning, S&OP, customer service, and order processes.
  7. Develop strategies to optimize supply chain and demand allocation efficiency to support business objectives.
  8. Lead resolution of key supply-demand/service-cost issues.
  9. Motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  10. Identify process improvements to enhance inventory management and improve Net Working Capital.
  11. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify business risks, escalate issues, and influence stakeholders for effective decision-making.
