About the job: Head of Sales (IT Consulting & Services)
On behalf of our client, a well-known IT Solutions & Services Company in Indonesia, we are looking to hire a Head of Sales. The details are as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Plan and manage budgets, present sales, revenue, and expense reports, and forecast to the management team
- Lead and manage team members to reach the company's targets
- Manage the sales pipeline and source leads
- Plan and execute sales activities to ensure sales growth objectives
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of the company's instrumentation to customers effectively
- Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule-conscious, etc.) and maintain relationships
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Experience in government tendered projects is a plus
- Experience in the technology industry is a must
- Solid knowledge of sales management and B2B sales pipeline management
- Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc.
- Dynamic, with strong leadership skills, sharp business acumen, and capability for new business development (hunter mindset)
