About the job: Head of Sales (IT Consulting & Services)

On behalf of our client, a well-known IT Solutions & Services Company in Indonesia, we are looking to hire a Head of Sales. The details are as follows:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • Plan and manage budgets, present sales, revenue, and expense reports, and forecast to the management team
  • Lead and manage team members to reach the company's targets
  • Manage the sales pipeline and source leads
  • Plan and execute sales activities to ensure sales growth objectives
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of the company's instrumentation to customers effectively
  • Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule-conscious, etc.) and maintain relationships
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in government tendered projects is a plus
  • Experience in the technology industry is a must
  • Solid knowledge of sales management and B2B sales pipeline management
  • Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Dynamic, with strong leadership skills, sharp business acumen, and capability for new business development (hunter mindset)
