Head of Sales – Factory Segment (Apparel & Retail Solutions)

Our client is a global leader in materials science and digital identification solutions, serving the apparel, footwear, and retail industries. Operating in over 50 countries, they deliver innovative, sustainable offerings — from printed tags to RFID and inventory intelligence — that power retail supply chains worldwide. In Indonesia, the company operates from key manufacturing hubs in West Java and Central Java, supporting exporters in apparel, footwear, and home goods with local agility and global quality.

Role Overview

This role leads the sales function for the factory garment segment, managing strategic initiatives, customer relationships, and team performance to grow revenue and expand market share. The Head of Sales will be instrumental in shaping commercial direction, driving operational excellence, and collaborating with global teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

Develop long-term B2B sales strategies to grow market share and revenue.

Oversee P&L contributions; define OGSM aligned with global direction.

Lead pricing, product positioning, and value proposition planning.

Build strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.

Support major negotiations and drive expansion into new accounts.

Translate customer and market feedback into sales strategy.

Team Development

Coach, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team.

Lead performance management, succession planning, and talent development.

Operational & Strategic Excellence

Drive productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Implement best practices across cost, CRM, and deal execution.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with regional and global leadership to align priorities.

Drive communication and teamwork across departments.

Candidate Requirements

Location: Willing to work at Cikarang, West Java.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 10+ years in B2B sales, 5+ years in leadership.

Industry: Preferably in labeling, printing, packaging, or machinery.

Skills: Strategic leadership, negotiation, commercial acumen, people management.

Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
