Job description

Executive Recruitment Consultant at Monroe Consulting Group is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead the wholesale business (offline & online) for a global lifestyle brand in Indonesia. This role will drive sales growth, build strong account partnerships, and lead a high-performing team to achieve national commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead wholesale strategy and execution across key offline and online accounts
  • Build and manage relationships with national retail partners
  • Translate regional sales strategy into local market execution
  • Drive sales forecasting, target achievement, and performance reporting (e.g. sell-thru, inventory, margin, growth KPIs)
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. merchandising, logistics, marketing) to deliver business goals
  • Coach and develop the sales team to ensure operational excellence and target delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales roles within lifestyle, sports, or FMCG industries
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • Strong understanding of wholesale operations and account management
  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and team leadership skills
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (business level)
