What You’ll Contribute On:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives, including both short-term targets and long-term growth initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Define and track sales KPIs, ensuring the team meets or exceeds targets, and make adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on strategies and seamless execution of initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies proactively.
- Provide regular reports and insights to upper management, offering data-driven recommendations to drive business growth.
Requirements
What You Need To Have
- Willing to stay in Medan.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Preferably from the banking, fintech, hotel & travel management or export-import industries.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective sales strategies in a dynamic and competitive market.
- Multilingual skills are required (Mandatory: Bahasa Indonesia and English; other languages are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of sales tools and technology, with proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics software.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel for business as needed.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
