Responsible for the sales performance of certain products (specific products) through the B2B channel.
Designing sales strategies from data and field conditions for the sales team to achieve company targets.
Provide assistance and direction to the sales team to improve the performance of the sales team.
Supervise the performance of the sales team in various B2B sales channels.
Analyze customer needs and market trends.
Opening new markets.
Create & present a report on the performance of the sales team.
Minimum 5 years experience as Regional Sales B2B in the FMCG industry.
Have extensive experience and networking in the field of B2B.
Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Target and data-oriented.
Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Willing to work in the field and travel to all parts of Indonesia.
Willing to relocate to all parts of Indonesia.
