Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets across online and offline channels.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales managers (Online Sales Manager, Offline Sales Manager) and their respective teams.
- Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance analyses for senior management.
- Drive a culture of accountability, customer-centricity, and high performance within the sales organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 7–10 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably with exposure to both offline and online/digital sales channels.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable sales plans.
- Solid understanding of sales analytics, forecasting, and CRM systems.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- High level of negotiation, influencing, and decision-making skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
