Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization across Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, Depok, and Bandung. You’ll own the sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of property sales and team leaders and hit the sales target
  • Develop & execute data-driven sales strategies to meet and exceed regional revenue targets
  • Collaborate on annual sales planning: forecasts, KPI frameworks, budget alignment, and strategic initiatives
  • Oversee the entire sales pipeline—from lead generation to deal closure—ensuring smooth handoffs and operational excellence
  • Identify new market opportunities and optimize workflows to boost team productivity and conversion rates
  • Represent Sales in cross-functional meetings, contributing insights to product, marketing, and business-planning discussions
  • Lead high-value client negotiations and cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in real estate or a related industry, with hands-on selling and strong closing skills
  • Deep understanding of mortgage products, processes, and partnerships
  • Demonstrated track record managing and scaling sales teams to achieve aggressive targets
  • Solid understanding of digital-marketing principles and CRM-based pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a target-oriented mindset
  • Strategic thinker who can balance high-level planning with tactical execution
