Requirements

  1. Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the media industry, advertising, marketing strategy, or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  4. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales strategies.
  7. Results-driven and goal-oriented.
  8. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Knowledge of FMCG products is a must.
  10. Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
  1. Manage and lead the sales team by providing strategic sales plans.
