Une entreprise de mode bien connue recherche un Responsable Retail et Merchandising pour superviser et gérer toutes les stratégies de merchandising au sein de canaux multiples, y compris en ligne et hors ligne. Ce rôle reprendra des initiatives de développement de produits, ainsi que la gestion de l'allocation de produits et de la tarification, afin de maximiser la rentabilité et d'améliorer l'engagement des clients.

Qualifications

  • Expérience prouvée en tant que Responsable Retail ou dans un rôle similaire de gestion senior.
  • Connaissance approfondie des meilleures pratiques en gestion retail et merchandising.
  • Capacité consécutive à mener des équipes transversales.

On behalf of our client, a well-known fashion retail company, we are currently seeking a Head of Retail and Merchandising. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing all merchandising strategies across channels, including online, offline, and marketplace platforms

Responsibilities:

  • Channel Activity Oversight: Monitor and manage activities across all retail channels to ensure optimal performance and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Merchandise Allocation & Pricing: Lead product allocation, pricing strategies, and launch planning to optimize stock levels and drive profitability.
  • Open-to-Buy (OTB) & Buying Events: Plan and manage OTB budgets, product buying events, and inventory control to meet sales forecasts and market demand.
  • Store Profitability: Oversee and ensure that each store meets profitability goals, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Expansion & New Store Projects: Develop strategies for store expansion and manage the opening of new locations.
  • Product Development: Lead initiatives for product development, including seasonal trends and market-driven product innovations.
  • Promotion & Campaign Strategies: Design and implement effective promotional strategies and activities across all channels to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Establish and manage collaborations with brands and other strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
  • Sales & Revenue Analysis: Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, create forecasts, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Market Trend Awareness: Stay informed on retail trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adapt and refine in-store and online strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar senior management role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail management and merchandising best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to drive projects from strategy through execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis.
