Job summary

Evolene Indonesia is seeking an experienced R&D leader to drive the development of new fitness supplement products. You will design formulations, oversee lab and pilot-scale trials, and coordinate with QC, Production, Regulatory, and Marketing to ensure successful commercialization.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, product lifecycle experience, and excellent leadership and technical writing skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in R&D, especially in dietary supplements or functional foods.
Strong understanding of formulation, stability, and regulatory requirements (BPOM, Halal, GMP, HACCP).
Experience managing product lifecycles from concept to market launch.

Responsibilities

Lead R&D of new fitness supplement products based on market trends and company goals.
Design and test formulations (powder, capsule, tablet, RTD) and source raw materials.
Oversee lab-scale and pilot-scale trials, ensuring quality targets are met.
Collaborate with QC, Production, Regulatory, and Marketing for successful launches.
Manage and improve existing formulas based on feedback and regulations.
