Job summary

Une entreprise de produits de santé bien établie recherche un Head of HRD & GA pour diriger les opérations de contrôle qualité. Ce rôle impliquera la mise en place de systèmes pour garantir la conformité à des normes strictes et le traitement des plaintes des clients, tout en assurant une communication efficace à travers les départements. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en pharmacie et des compétences fortes en gestion et en communication.

Qualifications

• Doit avoir au moins un diplôme de licence en pharmacie (spécialisation : industrie).
• Doit posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication, interpersonnelles et en gestion organisationnelle.
• Motivé et orienté résultats, capable de travailler sous pression.

Responsibilities

• Mettre en place un système de contrôle qualité efficace.
• Coordonner toutes les activités d'inspection de la qualité.
• Gérer les plaintes des clients en prenant des actions préventives.

Job Description :

• Set up an efficient Quality Control system to continuously monitor and test production strictly.
• Ensure all products and incoming goods are tested for quality in the right way and at the right time.
• Coordinate and direct all activities of Quality Control Inspection within the company to meet the company’s Quality Targets.
• Check test reports and guarantee the correctness of report results.
• Handle customer complaints proactively by coordinating with relevant departments, taking preventive and corrective actions.
• Make decisions to pass, reject, or reprocess manufactured products.

Requirements :

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Specialty: Industry).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational management skills.
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, with good time management skills, optimistic, and proactive.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to be placed in Gresik, East Java.
