Head of Quality Control

Job Description:

1. Set up an efficient Quality Control system to continuously monitor and test production strictly.
2. Ensure all the products and incoming goods are tested in terms of quality at the right time and in the right way.
3. Coordinate and direct all activities of Quality Control Inspection within the company to ensure that the company’s Quality Targets are met.
4. Check test reports and guarantee the correctness of report results.
5. Handle customer complaints proactively by coordinating with relative departments, taking preventive and corrective actions.
6. Responsible for decisions to pass, reject, or reprocess manufactured products.

Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Specialty: Industry).
2. Understanding of CPOB, CPOTB, CPAKB, HALAL, ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 13485:2016.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational management.
4. Highly motivated, result-oriented, with good time management skills, optimistic, and initiative-driven.
5. Able to work independently and under pressure.
6. Willing to be placed in Gresik, East Java.

Company Profile:

PT. Indo Abadi Sarimakmur (Indosar) was established in 1982 in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. As we grew, we moved to the current factory located in Gresik, East Java. Indosar’s current factory and laboratory is on a 50,000 m2 site, with a 5,000 m2 structure. Our main business is the manufacturing of medicated plaster, medical devices, and other healthcare products for local and international markets (export). Indosar’s very first product was the medicated plaster KOYO CABE, which became the company’s symbol and its best-known product until today. Currently, Indosar has more than 20 varieties of products such as TAKAHI and OKE PLAST, which are on par with our famous KOYO CABE. In 1997, Indosar achieved a milestone by obtaining the GMP Certificate from the Department of Health of Indonesia for medicated plasters and other medical products. Presently, Indosar has 5 Regional offices responsible for distribution, located in Surabaya, Jakarta, Semarang, Bandung, and Palembang. As we continue to develop and innovate, we will expand to ensure that we deliver Indosar’s quality products to our customers.
