A private security firm in Bali is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to lead security operations and manage TNI personnel. Responsibilities include strategic planning, client satisfaction, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background and experience with the Indonesian National Armed Forces. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
POSITION SUMMARY: This strategic role involves overseeing all security operations, specifically managing and supervising Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) personnel to deliver unparalleled security solutions to our clients. You'll be responsible for ensuring top-tier quality, achieving impeccable client satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement. Your duties will span strategic planning, operational oversight, strong liaison with TNI units, resource forecasting, comprehensive reporting, and swift issue resolution, all while maintaining strict compliance with Indonesian laws and military regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Management:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the "White Eagles" unit, aligning with company objectives and client security needs.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all security personnel, ensuring efficient deployment and effective task execution.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of highly skilled security professionals, including those from the TNI, fostering a culture of excellence, discipline, and unwavering commitment.
TNI Personnel Supervision & Integration:
Manage and organize the deployment of Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) personnel within existing client operations, ensuring seamless integration with overall security strategies.
Act as the primary liaison with relevant TNI units and command structures maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring adherence to established protocols and agreements.
Ensure all security operations involving TNI personnel are conducted in full compliance with Indonesian laws and military regulations.
Quality Assurance & Client Satisfaction:
Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures across all security services, including training, operational procedures, and personnel conduct.
Proactively monitor client satisfaction, addressing any concerns or complaints immediately and effectively to ensure zero complaints.
Conduct regular client reviews and site assessments to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance security provisions.
Forecasting & Resource Management:
Develop accurate forecasts for security resource requirements, including personnel, equipment, and technology, based on client needs, market trends, and upcoming events.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness while staying within budget.
Identify and implement advanced security technologies and methodologies to enhance service capabilities.
Reporting & Communication:
Generate comprehensive and timely reports on security operations, incidents, performance metrics, and client satisfaction for senior management and clients.
Ensure clear, concise, and effective communication channels are maintained with all stakeholders, including clients, security teams, and TNI counterparts.
Lead incident response and crisis management efforts, providing calm and decisive leadership during critical situations and ensuring thorough post-incident analysis and reporting.
Promptly address and resolve any operational issues, personnel conflicts, or client concerns that arise.
Implement robust follow-up procedures to ensure that corrective actions are taken, and resolutions are sustained.
Conduct regular post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned and implement preventive measures.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience (minimum 3 years) in high-level security management, preferably within a private security firm or a related government/military capacity.
Extensive experience working with or within the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) or other similar national security agencies, with a deep understanding of their structure, protocols, and operational capabilities.
Exceptional understanding of security principles, risk assessment, crisis management, and physical security technologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations, lead diverse teams, and maintain high standards under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships with clients, military personnel, and government officials.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Proven track record of maintaining high client satisfaction and resolving complex issues.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of forecasting needs and adapting to evolving security landscapes.
Prior experience in developing and implementing comprehensive security training programs.
Must be willing to travel as required, both domestically and internationally.
Candidates with a strong background as a retired senior officer from the TNI or POLRI with relevant command experience are highly encouraged to apply.
